  • How has ActiveLife Rehab + Wellness responded to COVID-19?
    Cleanliness and the safety of our patients and staff have always been top priority at ALRW. We have elevated the frequency in which the clinic is sanitized. We are performing active and passive health screenings before your appointment. Masks are mandatory and are to be worn in all areas of the clinic. There are many physical distancing measures in place such as separate entrance and exit, floor markers, sanitizing stations, plexiglass at reception, and staggered appointment times to ensure there is limited patient crossover.
  • Do you offer direct billing?
    Yes, we have the ability to direct bill to most insurance companies on your behalf. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to confirm your coverage and requirements for reimbursement.
  • Can I book my appointments online?
    Currently, we do not offer online booking. You can reach us here or by calling 289-638-4400 to set up an appointment with our staff.
  • What service should I book for?
    Everyone’s pain and movement difficulty is different. If you are unsure where to begin, we recommend giving us a call to discuss a course of treatment to fit your specific needs.
  • Do I need a doctor's referral?
    No, you do not need a referral to access our services. If you are using private insurance to pay for treatment, we strongly recommend contacting your provider to confirm their requirements for reimbursement
  • Are you an OHIP funded clinic?
    No, we do not accept the Ontario Health Insurance Plan. We accept private insurance and Debit/Credit to pay for treatments.
